Our Company

PC Enhancements, Inc. was founded by Walt Shank in 1995 as a computer sales and service company for Rising Sun and surrounding areas. Walt soon expanded the business in 1996 to service small to medium business clients in MD, PA, & DE. PCE provides a high level of service to all clients by utilizing the latest trends and IT service industry tools. Our technicians receive regular training on products and services from leading manufacturers including Intel and Microsoft. Our service team uses Autotask, a leading IT technology support ticket system, and Zenith RMM for network monitoring and management.
